Christian Center (ACC) is a non-denominational, multicultural, Christ-centered
church. Ron
Taylor, founder and pastor of ACC, received the vision of the church in
1991, while attending a school of ministry in Los Angeles, California.
God instructed him to be an encourager to the body of Christ by demonstrating
the love of God and carrying a relevant uplifting Bible message to the
discouraged.
While attending
his first school of ministry, Ron began to carry out his God given assignment.
He served faithfully at his local church, led various ministries, taught
numerous Bible study classes, and completed a second school of ministry,
all over the span of four years.
In 1995,
Ron Taylor became a full-time minister and continued to be a faithful
servant in leading, teaching, and encouraging the Body of Christ. One
year later, he was appointed to the Pastoral staff of his local church,
and served as the Associate Pastor for three years.
In July of
1998, God instructed Ron to put legs to the vision, and in January 1999,
the church (Arise Christian Center) had its first worship service.
ACC is growing consistently and the vision is being fulfilled.
Our services consist of fervent prayer, uplifting praise and worship,
and a powerful message from the Word of God.
ACC
is made up of several ministries (ushers, greeters, music, children's,
youth, marriage, prayer, outreach, etc.) that are helping to bring the
vision to pass and advance the Kingdom of God.
The theme
of ACC is Isaiah 60:1, "Arise, shine; For your light has
come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you". People of
all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds are being saved, set free, delivered,
and matured at Arise Christian Center.
