Arise Ministry Training School

PURPOSE

Arise Ministry Training School is designed to produce capable and well-equipped believers. Our objective is to enable you to minister to work of God, serve the Lord with excellence and live a life that testifies of God. God's plan for you is to be a disciple that makes disciples.

AMTS provides the spiritual and academic environment conducive to producing well-equipped saints of God. Our students are presented with the correct tools, methods of study and excellent personal instruction in order to become a believer who rightly divides and applies the word of Truth.

REQUIREMENTS

AMTS does not require any preliminary studies or degrees for enrollment. We are starting from the ground-level and all it takes is a heart that is seeking to know more about God, and a commitment to follow through with the class you enroll in. The staff of AMTS prayerfully strives to avoid legalism, yet desires to follow the Most Holy God who requires much of His children without compromise. Students and staff at this institution are expected to comply with the following:

	We expect you to be a member of a local church
	We expect you to live a life above reproach within and without the church.
	We expect wholesome communication and a Godly attitude at all times.

REGISTRATION FEES

AMTS registration fee is $50.00 per class for each quarter. The average textbook cost will be $15.00 - $25.00 per quarter. The registration fee will be used to cover administrative fees, classroom material, guest speakers, and building expenses.

Classes Offered

	AMTS 101 - How to Study the Bible
	This course develops effective but easy to understand methods to study the Bible and enhance your understanding of scripture.
	AMTS 102 - Spiritual Authority
	This course helps you understand the significance of God’s authority and how to operate within that framework to enable you to live in greater power.
	AMTS 103 - Bible Doctrines
	This course develops a basis of understanding the foundational teachings of scripture, establishing a firm foundation for you to build upon that you may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. Explore doctrines such as “Sin, Grace, Atonement, and the Diety of Jesus.”
	AMTS 104 - World Religions
	This course gives you deeper insight on the religions of the world, to strengthen your beliefs in Christianity so that you may be more effective in witnessing Jesus the Christ.
	AMTS 201 Hermeneutics
	This course involves the methods, rules and principles of interpreting scripture. In addition, skills will be learned to help the student grasp the intended meaning of scripture.
	AMTS 202 Apologetics
	This course involves the systematic, scientific defense of the truth that Jesus the Christ is indeed the Almighty God and, the Bible is the Word of God. The student will also learn the strategies by which he / she can show other systems to be false and biblical Theism to be true.
	AMTS 203 Book of Acts
	This course is designed to give the student a detailed understanding of the spiritual and historical meaning of the Book of Acts, and the practices of Christianity.
